Solid Sleepy Drink Mix
So far, so good! CS2 is my sleepy time drink mix that I knock back each night, 30-45 minutes before bed time. Has a solid ingredient profile, good taste and most of all helps me transition to a good nights rest.

my 19 year old son is sleeping!
Hi. A few days into the trial, and from day 1, but 19 year old son, who has had major problems falling asleep since he was a preteen, says he's really tired and easily falling asleep within 15 minutes of taking this. We've tried so much over the years, so we still need time to make sure this success sticks, but we're feeling really positive and glad we bought this!
